- Debra Sullivan has worked for 30 years in higher education as a teacher, researcher, administrator, and coach. Her book Learning to Lead: Effective Leadership Skills for Teachers of Young Children is a self-directed guide to leadership development for early childhood teachers and care providers and is based on the premise that all of us are leaders - we just need to be more aware of when, where, and how.

This presentation builds upon last year's closing celebration, in which Stuart Stotts sang songs and told stories about working with children. Stuart has continued to create songs about the day-to-day experience of working with young children, based on his work with WECA and child care providers around the state. It's an opportunity to reflect on the joys and challenges of this profession. Come to listen, be inspired, and remember how important this work is for all of us.
- Stuart Stotts has worked as a full-time performer since 1986, and gives over 200 shows a year for kids, families and adults. He's a frequent presenter at conferences and workshops around the country.
